Luc Semal
Luc Semal is a PhD candidate in Political Science at the CERAPS at Lille 2 University. His work centres on the social and political implications of the ecological crisis and his thesis examines the Cities in Transition movement. Luc Semal is also a member of Entropia’s editorial committee and has also co-written a chapter of the French edition of Rob Hopkins’ Transition Handbook (2010). He is also a lecturer in Politics of Degrowth (Sciences-Po Paris) and Environmental Policy Theory (Sciences-Po Lille).
