Mathilde Szuba
Mathilde Szuba is a PhD candidate in Environmental Sociology at the Centre for the Study of Techniques, Knowledge and Practices (CETCOPRA) at the University ofParis I).Her work focuses on the social and political implications of peak oil and exceeding irreversible environmental thresholds, particularly through the study of individual carbon quotas (“carbon cards”). She has co-written a chapter in the French edition of Rob Hopkins’ Transition Handbook (2010) and is a member of the editorial committee at Entropia and DDT.
