Corinne Coughanowr is an engineer and doctor in chemical engineering. She left the United States during the 1990s to come and live in France where she has worked in the recycling and waste management sectors. Since 2007, she has dedicated much of her time to the “Transition Towns” movement. “Paris 15ème en Transition” was born in 2010 as a result of this dedication. To have carried out such a local initiative has been and continues to be a steep learning curve, even if everything didn’t work out as they had planned. Corinne pursues more global reflections on change and alternative approaches, whether for internal or everyday life.
